Order process

After a product is developed together with the customer, the order process will start. The process of placing an order until delivery takes approximately 6 months.

The production process step by step;

Receipt of order  ~>  Order fabrics  ~>  Production  ~>  Shipment

When Nika Group receives an official order from a customer the order process will start. The first step is to order the different fabrics and accessories. This lead-time is between 2 and 3 months.

Upon receipt of all the fabrics the production will be started. Depending on the kind of article this stage will take between 1 and 2 months. More information about the production you can find at manufacturing process.

After the production has been finished the order will be shipped. We offer our customers the choice for FOB or CIF delivery, dependent on this the transport is arranged by Nika Group or the customer himself.
